We offer you
As an Online Content & Sales Manager, you are responsible for optimizing sales online. This involves informing, planning, structuring, coordinating, packaging, following up and analysing content and merchandising to constantly optimize the business.

You lead a team of 8 people in their work to create, publish and update the most optimal and converting content on kappahl.com and app. You are responsible for ensuring that our internal routines and processes are complied with and contribute to the team's development. Sales and cost responsibility is also included in the responsibility as well as being involved in various assignments and projects both online and cross-functional.

You will be responsible for the development of the content, merchandising, navigation and SEO strategy. This includes responsibility for reducing friction in the customer journey on the site and working actively to increase returning customers.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have many years of leadership and preferably experience in agile leadership. You have a relevant academic degree and several years of experience in similar role within driving Online sales. You are passionate about optimizing sales, customer experience and conversion rate optimization and have a very good understanding of the digital customer journey and a strong visual and commercial mindset.

You like and understand the importance of keeping up with changes and trends in the outside world and you can interpret what you see as improvements in your area of responsibility. You can communication in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are prestigious, strategic and communicative and you get stimulated by working and collaborating at a fast pace. You are passionate about optimizing sales through commercial drive and analytical skills. We believe that you are good in creating cross-functional collaborations, being coaching in your role and create enthusiasm. You are a natural leader who is used to coach colleges and create team spirit to reach great results.
