Online Communication Project Coordinator, BU HSS
Would you like to help us reach new customers through our online presence? Do you always put the customer needs in the centre, and would you like to create content that engage new customers in their buying process and help them select the best choice? If so, we have a job for you.
To further strengthen our digital presence, we are recruiting an Online Communication Project Coordinator to drive selected projects with focus on creating engaging content that generates online digital awareness and drives customer leads.
About the job
The role is both hands-on and tactical, high, and low, and always in close cooperation with several internal stakeholders, e.g., sales colleagues, our marketing department and our digital demand specialists.
Your primary focus will be on promoting our offering for the craft brew market through engaging content, you will support our product launches and our best-selling products with engaging online content. You will plan and implement online communications activities in alignment with global sales, marketing, and local communications colleagues globally. You will monitor progress and results and continuously work to improve and create impact. For selected initiatives, you will support with internal communication activities.
In this role, you will report to Marketing Communication Manager for BU HSS.
Who you are
You enjoy all aspects of developing a company 's online presence. You have a good understanding of what makes good business sense and act accordingly. You prefer to work in an agile manner, being hands-on, testing what works, acknowledging what does not, then adjust and redo. You are self-driven, outgoing and a team player.
What you know
You are a whizz at digital communications and online presence: CMS (preferably EPiServer), SEO, SEM, SoMe, etc. You have experience working with CRM systems to trace the impact of your initiatives. You take good photos (both still and video), have good editing skills, and have first-hand experience with creating online content yourself. You are fluent in English. Since the role is about storytelling you have excellent writing skills and a proven record writing articles and text. We prefer if you have a bachelor 's degree in Journalism or Communication.

Business Unit High Speed Separators (BU HSS) is part of Alfa Laval 's Food & Water Division and is in Tumba outside Stockholm, Sweden. However, we work in international environment with separation colleagues all around the world. Our products are sold directly to end-users of our products in many different markets. Our equipment helps our customer increase their yield through separation efficiency and gentle treatment of their product. For a brewer this means he gets more high-quality beer out of his process and for a biopharma company it means they can bring more medicine to the market faster and safer.
