hela Sverige We are looking for a person who can manage our OXP - One eXperience Platform - built on Sitecore.
The platform is rolled-out to more than 80 markets, either subsidiaries or importer sites. It consist of many different components in order to give our current and future customers to look for a car, serice, accessory, dealer, support article etc etc. In 2016 we had almost 110 million sessions and 470 million page views from more than 70 millions visitors, so we are big. The volvocars.com website is a very important brand building, selling and support tool for all our visitors to the site. You will be leading one of the most exiting web platforms in a very fast developing environment, where we are transitioning from traditional to digital media.
You will work in a team together with Business Analysts, editors and other project leading people. You will also work very closely with our IT organization and our main suppliers Avanade and AKQA.
Main responsibilities
• Define strategies and road map to set future direction for the OXP platform
• Work closely with OXP suppliers - mainly Global IT, Avanade and AKQA - current and potential future, to maximize the output of these relationships
• Own and run the role of Application Manager for the OXP platform ensuring the operation of the platform is efficient and effective
• Lead the development of OXP, to continuously improve markets and other stakeholders' ability to efficiently use the platform to generate business value
• Continuously keep up with benchmark functions of web platform tools and drive evolution to secure we meet requirements of tomorrow
• Work closely with the all related internal stakeholders in Global Marketing, Global Retail, Regions and others, to ensure a good delivery
• Work closely with other important stakeholders like the local markets and their retailers, PR, Customer Service and other functions in Volvo Cars
• Secure an appropriate communication, implementation as well as education program
Required qualifications
• Strong informal leadership skills, with formal leadership skills as a plus
• Proven experience working with similar platforms as our OXP
• Track record in leading software suppliers/agencies
• International mind-set and market experience gained through first hand experience from working in a market or solid experience from working with markets from HQ
• Understanding business challenges from system migration, integration and development
• Broad planning and project management skills
• Broad, global business perspective and understanding
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• University degree within Marketing/IT or equivalent experience
• Proven digital skills and a drive to further develop in this area
