At BRP Systems, we empower fitness and wellness businesses to operate more efficiently with our cutting-edge software solutions. As part of the Onboarding Team, you'll play a critical role in helping our new customers get started with our systems and ensuring their success from day one.
About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding our new customers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to go-live. You'll work closely with stakeholders, such as customers, project leaders, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth implementation of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Provide comprehensive training sessions (both online and in person) for the customer and their teams, covering all aspects of the BRP software.
Guide and collaborate with customers in configuring their systems, including memberships, payment solutions, access systems, and other integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Support, Development and Sales, to address customer needs and challenges.
Track progress and milestones for onboarding projects, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
Act as the main point of contact for onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams such as Development, Support, and Sales to ensure smooth implementation.
Gather feedback from customers to improve our onboarding process and customer experience.
Document and share best practices for onboarding to contribute to continuous improvement in the team.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a person with proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a similar role, ideally within the software/technology industry. We think that experience from working at a growth company will be beneficial since things are happening quickly, and a lot is going at BRP. It's important to us that the person we hire feels comfortable in this type of environment. We also want you to have:
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can easily explain complex topics in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is a strong plus.
Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems

You will report directly to John Martin Fonnelop, Director of Onboarding, and collaborate closely with colleagues across BRP Systems.
