What we're looking for
We're looking for a Onboarding Coordinator to join our Customer team.
You will work ensuring delivery of projects such as platform setup for new clients. The role reports to the Customer Operations Director, and works in collaboration with the customer engagement and tech teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, good at communication and at defining project needs and timelines for internal teams and stakeholders, and is excited to gain experience working in a young, fast growing tech startup!
We believe you are
Comfortable delivering projects involving time constraints and pressure
Excellent at multi-tasking and able to proactively identify project needs
Excellent at communication and ensuring effective information flow to team and stakeholders - both local and remote.
Proactive in using preset processes and digital tools to make your work easier
Required
Bachelor level education or higher
Ability to work from our office in Stockholm or Amsterdam
Familiarity or interest in Business or Market Research
Fluency in English
