We are looking for an Onboard Application Senior Engineer
for our Stockholm office
Your Role
In this role you will work for our RCS (Rail Control Solution) Division in Stockholm.
As an Onboard Application Senior Engineer you will do overall application engineering for the ATP onboard system. You will work in the delivery projects for ATP onboard and maintain synergies between different specific applications. You are responsible for the development of the Onboard Specific Application and the fulfillment of the Generic Application requirements for different vehicle types.
Your Challenges
• Produce electrical/pneumatic/functional construction drawings, calculations, instructions and testing documentation.
• Specify material for projects, according to the requirements.
• Field surveys and field tests.
• Support Installation, Test and Commissioning Team.
• Lead Vehicle Engineering work packages.
• Review electrical design documentation and mechanical constructions, calculations, reports and instructions.
• Purchase of material, tests or similar for our projects, according to requirements.
Your Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is accustomed to work with requirement based documentation and safety analysis and has awareness of the railway industry. You may lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity. You are able to work self-propelled to obtain information for relevant task. Good knowledge in electrical components, drawing skills (AutoCad Electrical,Visio) is required.
