hela Sverige To the American Express Stockholm office, Hays is looking for an On-site Recruiter for a permanent position. We are looking for a person who is available right away.
As the main point of contact for Hays Talent Solutions you will partner with American Express with responsibility for delivering the contracted RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service for American Express. The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered and that all business opportunities both contracted and new are optimized for mutual benefit.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of permanent hires into American Express across the Nordics, Belgium and the Netherlands. As the face of American Express talent brand you will partner with HR and Business Leaders to attract, select and hire the best talent into the business.
You will be responsible for:
• Advising and supporting the Hiring Leaders on the full spectrum of the recruitment process ensuring compliance with local legislation and global business policies.
• Working with the business to ensure full understanding of the role, consulting on appropriate approach and educating where appropriate on the recruitment lifecycle and technology.
• Designing & delivering appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Managing a robust selection process and facilitating associated assessment and selection tools and methodology.
• Release vacancies to the appropriate channel ? Sourcing and /or second tier suppliers.
• Receipt of shortlists of candidates produced for line manager by Sourcing consultant . Responsible for providing support to the line for interviews - training line manager, part of panel, campaign management.
• Interview scheduling and training of Hiring Leaders where appropriate.
• Managing the offer and onboarding process.
• Accountable for using management information effectively and productively.
Who are we looking for:
You will have proven experience of successfully working against and exceeding revenue targets and of managing high volume permanent recruitment. With a proven and demonstrable ability to manage escalations and develop appropriate solutions, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in an on-site role or have had considerable client contact.
This position requires fluency in English as well as Swedish.
