Job description
Manage Services Operations
• Support Coordination across multiple Territories together with offshore teams .
• Incident Management - provide/organize efficient and stable Operations in the areas of . reactive Support (incidents, service requests) .
• Proactive System Monitoring .
Problem Management :
• Create the requests for the Problems .
• Investigate the root cause for the incidents that require deep-dive and contact the deep-dive lead if required .
• Derive System Improvements out of daily Operations tasks
Escalation Management:
• Acts as the second point of escalation for queries from the ISBL (offshore) operations team .
• Provide 3rd Level Support for Tickets .
• Direct ISBL Operations Team (offshore) resources and activities
• Manage and uphold SLAs for application services. .
• Act as bridge between onsite & offshore and take ownership . - - Work with Service Manager on providing timely and accurate inputs for creating the service reports .
• Participate and provide inputs for project post implementation reviews .
• Participate in Transitioning Projects into operations by working with the project team and the Change Manager .
• Work with the SME,
• Service Manager to enable Knowledge Transfer on demands, System Improvements .
• Monitor the Remedy queue and take action on the tickets (e.g. un-assigned, wrong queue, out-of-SLA etc.) .
• Daily Health Check Reports - review & follow up where further actions are warranted .
• Create, review and maintain Operational Support Documentation
• Provide timely and accurate inputs for the maintenance of the Issue log to the Service Manager .
• Maintain mutually productive and effective relationships with key territory with IT counterparts

Qualifications required
Expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules - Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) .
• Good application experience within SAP SD including configuration, design, testing, compliance & implementation with 6 E2E projects and 3 support projects. .
• Significant: Experience in basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment process and advanced returns management process. .
• Significant: Experience in Pricing, billing and outputs.
• Significant: Experience in minor enhancements using user exits / BAPIs.
• Preferable: Experience in Credit Management.
• Preferable: Experience in interfaces with legacy systems.
• Preferable: Experience in SD - LO (Shipping) and Transportation.
• Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions.
• Understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution in SAP ERP.
• Guide the technical consultants in ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution.
• Work experience on ALE, IDoc's, interfaces.
• Good in understanding ABAP code and debugging skill.
• Integration with SD MM and FI.
