Duties
As a runner your mainly duties are to support your waitress and bar colleagues so that we can as an team ensure optimal guest satisfaction. You need to be comfortable in an fast paced environment with an eye for details.
Skills/Qualifications
You have some experience from the hospitality business, preferably from a bar and restaurant our a team based workplace . You have excellent oral and written skills in Swedish or English.
Communicative and service minded. You handle stress well and always deliver service with a smile.
You should always strive to meet the guest's expectations by delivering in a manner indicated in the O'Learys guidelines and by doing that "little bit extra" whilst interacting with your guests.
You have a dynamic personality and a strong passion for the hospitality business.
