Description
Our facility department is responsible for planning and maintenance of our facilities and properties.
For this group, we are seeking an employee to be responsible for the office planning.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is essential, because these tools are used for planning, presentation and other documentation.
Description
We are looking for an office planner who will work with:
• planning of office and relocations
• update office layouts
• inventory and storage of furniture
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• 3-year high school education or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as AutoCAD.
• Good planning skills.
• Good communication skills and understanding of the office environment
• lead and implement relocation job using internal or external knowledge
• knowledge in our properties and offices
• understanding in office environment
• knowledge in English, both spoken and written
• driving license
To be successful in this role you need to have
• ability to make plans and prioritize
• customer focus and be creative
• ability to make presentations before decision
• ability to make decisions in time
• ability to solve problems
