<p>We are looking for a service minded and energetic Office & Showroom Assistant to our client. Your main<br />
focus will be assisting the CEO and the event team. You will also ensure that the office are pleasant and<br />
a welcoming place. Our client is a innovative communication agency and is located at Östermalm in<br />
Stockholm. This position is 80% which is 32 hours/week. The first six month is probation time and then<br />
you will be permanent employed by Just Arrived.</p>

<p>This is a Consultant Assignment through Just Arrived. This means that you will be employed by Just<br />

<p><strong>Work tasks</strong></p>

<p>Your main focus will be assisting the CEO, Event team and Showroom Coordinator with everyday work<br />
tasks. As Office Assistant you will ensure that the offices, mainly the kitchen and the extended office are<br />
well equipped, pleasant, and a welcoming place that serves its purpose well. You will for example:</p>

<ul>
<li>Assist CEO with day-to-day needs</li>
<li>Order and organize buying of everyday consumables, grocery and snacks to the kitchen</li>
<li>Order and organize office supplies</li>
<li>Responsible for organize and keep inventory of the event storage</li>
<li>Making sure that the kitchen meets the employee's needs (for example make sure coffee, fruit and snacks are available during office hours).</li>
<li>Operating and organizing kitchen and meeting events</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About you</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for you who has:</p>

<ul>
<li>Previously experience from work in restaurant/café and who has a interest in food</li>
<li>Good computer skills, strong Excel knowledge in particular</li>
<li>Fluency in Swedish and English</li>
<li>Experience working in English as this is an everyday used office language</li>
<li>Photoshop skills are meriting</li>
</ul>

<p>As a person you should be service minded, punctual and initiative taking. It's also important that you pay attention to details and have good prioritizing skills. To fit the company's culture you have an action oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.</p>
