Despite this we're far away from done. 2020 is all about new challenges and keeping up with our amazing growth. We're therefore looking for our next Office Manager who will be part of our finance team and play an important role in contributing to all different departments within the company.
What you will do:
• Keep the office in order and create an excellent office experience for both employees and visitors
• Point of contact and responsible for all external office-related vendors and purchases (landlord, cleaners, computer/phone providers etc.)
• Arrange "starter kits" for new employees
• Plan and execute office events
• Responsible for Friday breakfast
• Manage travels for employees
• Making sure we always have the supplies needed at the office
• Help the finance department with various admin tasks when needed
Who you are:
• Someone who is passionate about providing top class service towards your colleagues
• You have good eye for details and "fingertoppskänsla"
• A highly self-driven person who's always ready to get things done
• A natural relationship builder with a genuine interest in people
• Previous experience from a role within service
• Fluent, both written and spoken in Swedish and English
