Tasks and responsibilities
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and professional office operations across atNorth's Nordic locations, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and employee experience. Based at the Akalla office, you will:
Maintain a well-functioning and professional workplace environment in line with company culture
Own and manage supplier contracts, leases, and service agreements across multiple offices and some executive support
Organize business travel, corporate events, and large internal meetings
Lead administrative office-related projects and initiatives in a hands-on and structured manner
Ensure a consistent workplace experience for employees and visitors across all Nordic offices in a regional role that involves regular travel within the Nordics
Education, experience and personal characteristics
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management role, preferably from a global environment * Experience in providing administrative support to senior management or executives * Preferably experience working in a regulated or structured industry (e.g., finance or insurance) * Proven ability to manage vendors and contracts independently * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools * Driver's license, with access to own car * Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
