Office Manager HR and Administration Support

In this role you will lead a tight team working closely together and close with the organization we support. The responsibility covers HR and Administration support, Facility and Reception.
The right person for this job will be a part of creating something new. The HR function is newly established, the administrative pool is now coming together, and the reception will have a grand opening within the coming months. Your passion and skills will be part of establishing the HR & Administrative Support function by prioritizing the most critical tasks, defining processes that challenge us to think outside the box, and helping us to move between a visionary long-term approach while ensuring the operational day-to-day processes flow smoothly.

We are looking for a person with a background as an HR professional with a strong sense of structure and a proven ability to develop ways of working. You are a "doer" with a lot of energy and who is good at finding the small steps of improvement. You enjoy working in a close team where we share a lot and inspire each other. Previous experience of managerial responsibility is a plus.

The responsibility of the role includes:
* Build the area of administrative support for the whole organization
* Be responsible for our facility and work environmental topics, including engaging with our service providers and establishing safety routines
* Set up of our reception with all related services and processes
* Drive initiatives to establish the HR-function
* Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR inquiries and information
