We are looking for an Office Managerfor our headquarters to be the heart of our dock-less bike-share operation!This entry-levelrole is ideal for young professionals who want to gain experience and build their careers in arevolutionary company and one of Sweden's hottest start-ups!

Primary Job Duties are to make:
• Our office run smoothly (wifi works, coffee machine works...)
• People feel comfortable(all areas are in order /clean...)
• Visitors feel welcomed (friendly smile, offer them coffee...)
• Everyone feel at home (Arrange after works, make the office more comfortable...)
Job Also Includes:
• Unplanned tasks that may vary on a daily basis and short notice - At the office, the field or remotely.
• Close work with the rest of the operations team as well as the entire company.
• Being a vital part of a last mile transportation start-up, with rapid growth and global ambitions.

• Flexible and problem solver:You easily adapt to changing circumstances and find solutions to issues on the go.
• Outgoing:You enjoy interacting with people.
• Self-Starter:You radiate positivity and a "can-do" attitude.
• Language proficiency:English (Swedish is a nice to have!)
