About the Role
We have just started building our dream game and are looking for an Office Manager. You are the glue of GOALS, making sure that employees have what they need in everything from coffee to software accounts. You are quick, social and you see what needs to be done, and in what order. You are a social genius who loves to set up social activities for employees, from small fika gatherings to big celebrations. We are a remote company where employees from all over Europe will join the office in quarterly hackatons, where you take care of travel itineraries and lost employees. You understand that GOALS is a startup where you have the possibility to work with things that are not primarily within your area of responsibility. Focus Areas
• Responsible for travel arrangements for hackatons and other meetups, national and international
• Taking care of the practical part of onboarding process, including being the welcoming face of GOALS, setting up email and software accounts, collecting personal data and other administrative tasks
• Planning and structuring daily/weekly/monthly social activities and bigger more occasional celebrations and events
• Being the office superhero, making sure everyone feel welcome, have what they need and that the office is kept representative for employees and visitors
About You
You are a social and positive person with a doer attitude. You easily see what needs to be done and take action. You are service minded and have experience in planning social activities both online and offline. You take pride in making other people feel that they have had a great experience, whether it's about making a guest or a new employee feel welcome or keeping the office a wonderful place to spend the day and match the GOALS experience. You love hanging out at the office and see the potential in both soft days as well as busy occasions. You need to be familiar with Google Workspace and Discord or other administrative tools.
About the Employment
The position is permanent, starting with 6 months of probationary employment. This position is placed in Stockholm, and you must be living in or close to Stockholm or willing to relocate. For this position we do not offer relocation assistance. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
