OFFICE MANAGER, STOCKHOLM OFFICE

Are you the one who corrects the paintings hanging awry, that water before the flowers droop and do you know when to celebrate Kanelbullens day? Do you enjoy making others feel comfortable, do you think it's a fun challenge to assemble a desk or negotiate affordable contracts with suppliers of office supplies? Do you excel at finding the best and cheapest flight for colleagues going to Paris and at arranging fun summer parties? Do you have a pleasant telephone voice, a welcoming way and can you empty the dishwasher while you call the courier at the same time? We miss you!

We are looking for a responsible, committed self-starter with a passion to provide quality service, both internally and externally. You will independently be in charge of our Stockholm office, which in practice means that no two days are ever the same. Phone, visitors, mail and courier, purchase orders, travel bookings, purchasing, office management, archiving - the list goes on and we hope you come up with creative suggestions on what we ourselves do not see that we need your help with...

Your profile
You possess at least one years’ experience in similar work (service and administration) and you are fluent in speech and writing in Swedish and English (if you have additional language experiences that match Qbrick international operations, it is a plus). Experience of working in Microsoft Office is required - additional computer skills are a strong plus.

To thrive, you are independent, structured and can quickly deal with the variety of tasks you face. It is important that you are punctual, likes order and that you really enjoy administrative tasks as well as service management. You are also social, outgoing and fearless. Most importantly, you are resourceful with a good eye for what needs to be done, so you are constantly one step ahead.

For the right person, the position in the long term perspective will amount to additional administrative responsibilities within Finance and HR, as we see an increasing need for someone who can assist these functions, able to work independently with the relevant IT systems and processes.

The position
The position is initially part-time (60% - distributed at fixed times five days/week), planned to start in December 2012 (first 6 months being probationary). We currently have about 50 employees at the Stockholm office (Frihamnen) who look forward to welcoming you!
