Office Management is the heart when it comes to the internal service at Klarna. We are responsible for the reception, administration, hosting and maintenance. Our primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to our colleagues and external clients/customers. We are now looking for someone that can re-enforce our group and help us to reach our goal to be the best internal service provider. The working hours can vary for example 06:00-10:00 or 14:00-18:00 depending on what needs to be done at the office.

Success in this role means making sure that employee at Klarna can focus on their job and not office related thing. You will rotate at the office daily to oversee the printer rooms, fill up conference room with paper, pens etc. Handle the postal service once or twice a week and make sure that it is nice and cleaning at the work spaces, support our host, janitor and the reception if needed.

You are a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, extra language skills is a plus.
