A career as an Office Coordinator, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees within Risk Advisory Stockholm. Your main responsibilities will be to provide internal service and support our employees within Risk Advisory with alternate administrative tasks. You will, among other things, print and handle documents and reports, refill and order office supplies and arrange celebrations. You will also support Risk Advisory Administration group with Google related inquiries.
Responsibilities

As an Associate within PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with other office coordinators within PwC
• Act in-accordance with PwC values
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

You will have a social role in which a prestige-less approach and service mindedness are both important. Your days will be varied and eventful where routine work is mixed with "ad-hoc" tasks. The service also includes its own areas of responsibility where you can contribute to the content and your own development.

Preferred skills
We believe you want to acquire meritorious work experience and get a good foundation for starting your career. If you have work experience of service-related professions, it is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a person, you are curious, take own initiative and have a prestige-less approach. You handle stressful situations well. You have a good ability to quickly shift focus and handle many parallel tasks and at the same time you are able to see the organization as a whole. Being outgoing and able to handle different types of people are important aspects of the role. Furthermore we see that you are driven, reliable, with a positive attitude and good ability to adapt to a changing
