As the Office Coordinator here at Toca Boca you'll be part of a small team making sure all employees have a great experience at work, adding that personal touch to everything you do. You'll be the one to make sure we have all the supplies we need, anything from toner and pens to keeping the snack drawers stocked up. You'll be using your creativity and playfulness to come up with more ideas of how we can make things even better.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our Office & Event Manager Becca, and Employee Experience Manager Lina, to ensure everyone at Toca enjoys their work life.
This truly is a varied job where you'll be doing anything from emptying the dishwasher, sorting out a fika to evaluating new vendors. You'll make sure all new employees feel welcome by sending out their welcome packs, and guiding them around the office their first time there. Perhaps one team is planning an After Work, and you'll help them set that up.
You'll make sure we maintain our playful, creative and inclusive atmosphere by adding that personal touch to everything you do. No delivery is complete without a helium balloon and maybe some extra confetti.
You'll be doing all of the above and more. You'll probably have some ideas yourself of what can be done to make sure Toca Boca is the best workplace possible. At the core of everything we do is our belief in the power of play.
Is this you?
You have experience working full-time in the service industry and/or as office manager for a larger company (100+ employees). You know what it means to give good service, and how to add that little extra bit of sparkle to someone's day (sometimes literally).
You speak fluent Swedish and English. Both languages are needed on a daily basis.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
