We are now looking for an Office & Technical Support to our foodora branded (pink of course) office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm. You will not only be our office hero who makes sure everything runs smoothly, we can also promise you that you will have lots of fun colleagues around you as well. Your time to really shine is when the screen in the conference room doesn't work, when the coffee machine doesn't want to cooperate, when your colleague loses the laptop power cord and needs a new one or the mail needs to be handled. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Support our Office Manager (and soon also our IT Manager) in daily tasks and making sure the office is running smoothly and being representative.
• Daily tasks also include handling deliveries such as food and beverages to the office and handling the post
• You will also be a daily support at our office regarding everything that involves the workplace technology such as providing colleagues with technical and office material.
• Work proactively to ensure we can dismiss as many problems beforehand as possible.
• Keep track and organize office and tech inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• You are tech-savvy and can easily understand and solve technical issues
• You probably have two years experience from working in the hotel/restaurant industry or from another service related role
• You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
• It will be considered a plus if you have a driver's license
Start date: As soon as possible
