We are moving consultations online and provide a service that gives the patient the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we're expanding internationally, with local products already live in Norway and Spain.

We are looking for an Office Coordinatorto join our journey to become the number one healthcare provider in Europe. You will be responsible for making sure our day-to-day matters at the office runs smoothly by being service-minded, proactive and always a step ahead of the rest of us. In this role, your closest point of contact will be our Office Manager and the HR team.

Your colleagues often say you are a real peoples person and you see solutions when other people see problems. Since you'll be the company's face towards external guests, we hope you are as passionate and positive as we are!

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the Stockholm office reception, welcoming guests and make sure they get a great experience visiting us
• Be responsible for the office administration and help out managing the facility - contact with the landlord and the office services such as office supplies and post services
• Assist and help out with executinginternal and external events, e.g., conferences and company off-sites
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality of the office, its records, and restricted information..

Who you are:

We believe that you are at the beginning of your career, perhaps you are about to end your university studies or have a couple of years of experience in a similar role, and you're now looking for the next opportunity to grow with a company like KRY! In addition to this you have:

• Strong attention to details
• Great atadministrational tasks
• Service-minded, easy going and loves to be part of social activities
• The ability to handle multiple competing priorities and thrives under pressure
• Excellent at coordinating with digital tools, and not afraid to learn new ones

• Fluent in English and Swedish written and spoken
