• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Organize the onboarding of new employees and our internal company newsletter
• Manage travel arrangements
• Perform tasks as assigned by studio manager

As our Office Coordinator at JFTW Game Development AB, you will be the face of JFTW Gothenburg Office! You actively support in creating a good atmosphere, ranging from office interior to team building activities and events.
All Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Fluency in English - other languages are a bonus!
Beneficial:
• Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience in customer service will be a plus
