Our Stockholm office at Fleminggatan needs a superhero receptionist who enjoys getting things done while spreading the good vibes! Regardless if it's grabbing a screwdriver to fix a broken sign, make sure the car pool runs smoothly, receive a delivery of coffee or fixing a light bulb - you are the one we can rely on! All of the different task will be on your plate - are you feeling hungry yet?
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Managing different ad hoc tasks such as taking care of big deliveries that arrive a day earlier than expected, correcting key tags that might not be working, finding out why the coffee machine doesn't work on Monday morning or why the electrician hasn't called you back yet.
Greet and assist guests, receive deliveries and be a part of our reception desk in the office.
Be a contact person towards many suppliers, maintenance persons etc. while making sure our car pool is managed correctly.
Perform onboarding of new employees to the Stockholm office and be a core person who makes the office run smoothly.
Place and receive orders of office supplies, coffee, breakfast and other important items.
WHO YOU ARE
An initiator - You are not waiting for a task to be placed on your plate, you create it yourself.
Prestigeless - Making sure that the office is tidy is as important as the receipts are sent in on time.
Serviceminded - The right attitude combined with a proactive mindset is the key to success.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have approx 2 years of experience working in any service related role.
Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus.
You need to have a drivers license.
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we've moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
