What you will do
In this role, you will, among other things:
* Be overall responsible for the office and the daily maintenance of the office by ensuring the office is neat and presentable
* Staff the reception and switchboard, welcome employees, and visitors
* Plan and support internal events, book, and coordinate travel
* Prepare and set up rooms for meetings
* Manage administrative tasks such as ordering and purchasing various office supplies, breakfast, and mail handling
* Monitor property and supplier contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract
* Support Order team with order processing, delivery follow-up, invoice customer orders and verify warehouse inbound with supplier invoice etc.
* Work in close cooperation with HR, Sales and SCM department
Who you are
To fit in the role, we see that you have/are:
* Experience working with service, administration, or order
* A thorough way of working, solution-focused, and passionate about service
* You are a problem solver and have good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally
* A committed and flexible colleague who provides support when needed
* Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
* Knowledge of Excel and can easily learn new systems
* Knowledge in ERP systems is meritorious
As you will be working within an international environment, we want you to manage the Swedish and English languages, both spoken and written.
