Qbrick is looking for an Office Coordinator/assistant - Could you be our next star?

Qbrick builds and operates solutions for Web TV and Mobile TV. We have solutions to transcode media from one format to another for live and on-demand. Our CDN (content distribution network) delivers content to all end users and we are the supplier with most video capabilities in Scandinavia. For this, we also provide solutions to manage and publish content. Together, our services complete end-to-end solutions for Web TV and Mobile TV. The key words that characterize our development are SAAS, distributed solutions, redundancy, high availability, quality, cost and speed.

Are you the one who corrects the paintings hanging awry, that water before the flowers droop and do you know when to celebrate Kanelbullens day? Do you enjoy making others feel comfortable, do you think it's a fun challenge to assemble a desk or negotiate affordable contracts with suppliers? Do you excel at finding the best and cheapest flight for colleagues going to Paris and at arranging fun summer parties? Do you have a pleasant telephone voice, a welcoming way and can you empty the dishwasher while you call the courier at the same time? We miss you!

We are looking for a responsible, committed self-starter with a passion to provide quality service, both internally and externally. You will independently coordinate our Stockholm office, which means that no two days are ever the same. Phone, visitors, mail and courier, travel bookings, purchasing, office management, archiving - the list goes on and we hope you come up with creative suggestions on what other office related projects you will manage according to budget and deadline. You will also assist our CEO and CTO with various administrative tasks - sometimes given a very short deadline.

You possess some experience in similar work (service and administration) and you are fluent in speech and writing in Swedish and English (if you have additional language experiences that match Qbrick international operations, it is a plus). Experience of Microsoft Office is required - additional computer skills are a strong plus. Preferably you are also familiar with basic financial administration, such as for example travel reimbursement, basic accounting principles and invoice administration.

To thrive, you are very independent, structured and can quickly prioritize among the variety of tasks you face and successfully establish your own routines. It is important that you are punctual and that you really enjoy administrative tasks as well as service management. You are also social, outgoing and fearless. Most importantly, you are resourceful with a good eye for what needs to be done, so you are constantly one step ahead.
