Our Swedish office is currently looking for a full time temporary office assistant to provide administration related support to our employees and customers
The ideal applicant would be an experienced person in office support functions with good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Swedish. Basic knowledge of IT is required. As a person you like to take on challenges and adapt quickly to changes and new tasks and are able to prioritise tasks on a daily basis. You work independently and structured and as a person you have a positive and service minded attitude. Some travel and a lot of communication on phone will be required. Experience with visas, finding accommodation and working with global teams will be considered an advantage.
