Angelfish HB are looking for a new team member in our office in Göteborg. We are an expanding small international company where you will be able to grow, be inspired and continuously learn new things in a creative and vibrant environment. The working language is English.

You will be assisting us by:

* Answering the phone.
You will be our back-up when we have too many phone calls. You will take orders on the phone in English and Swedish, and assist our customers in a friendly and professional way.

* Update our websites:
You will learn how to update our websites.

* Froogling:
You will add our products to the online product database Froogle.

* Take care of returns:
You will update our product database when we receive returns, arrange exchanges and refunds.

* Being our Photography assistant:
You will prepare, fold away and organise, and learn about product photography.

* Pack and Posting:
You will pack the products, print out packing slips in Pacsoft, and when needed go to the post office to post and collect.

Other tasks will be to sort and file receipts and papers, keep the office tidy and organised, and order office supplies.

The person we will hire must:

* Speak fluent Swedish and English
(It is a bonus if you can speak fluent French, Spanish, Italian, Russian or German)

* Be independent, but not afraid to ask for help. It's easy for you to learn new things and find out how to do things when you don't know. You can improvise when needed.

* Have good computer knowledge. You will have simple tasks where you will be using Pacsoft, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

* Know how to use the Office-package without any help, especially Excel.

* Give a professional impression. You are an important team member and will be one of our primary customer contacts. It is therefore important that you are extrovert and service minded when you are assisting our customers.

* Be organised, efficient, and have a methodical approach to work. You are flexible and can adapt easily.

It is an advantage if you have worked with customer service and administrative tasks before. If you have a desire to grow in your role and expand with us it is a bonus.

Working hours: 9-5. During peak seasons we will require you to work 12-20.
