hela Sverige Verisure in Malmö have a very exciting time ahead, and we are looking for an Office and Facility manager that would like to be a part of our journey!
During 2019 we will move to a brand-new building close to Malmö Central. The responsibility will include the transformation of our Office and Facility function to be set up in the new office.
You will have a central role in creating a workplace experience that strengthens our employer brand and ability to deliver world class products and services. You will also make sure that our visitors receive the best possible first impression, as you will be responsible for the future reception and building our office team.
The role is both strategic and operational and you will be a part of the daily operations in your team, as well as responsible for the long-term planning for the function and the facilities.
Initially focus will be on setting up a structure that will enable the team to work effectively and close to the business to understand the organizational needs on the physical work environment.
As we are growing, the needs from the business is changing constantly. Your task will be to ensure that best practices are implemented and maintained for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for our employees and their activities at all times.
You will also manage our suppliers related to the office and facility function, ensure quality in delivery and follow up financially.
The role contains a variety of operational duties for you and your team to handle on a daily basis, and we promise that one day would not be like the other!
What you bring
We believe you have a solid experience from facility and/or office operations and services, work environment management and security & safety.
You are used to work independently and have experience of budget planning and follow up.
The role includes management responsibility for office assistants, and as a leader you lead by example, communicates the vision, creates the roadmap and engage the team to reach the goals by coaching and providing timely feedback on performance on regular basis.
You are a strong relationship builder, a clear communicator as well as structured with a problem-solving attitude. You see a challenge as an opportunity to learn and can prioritize a changing environment.
You are driven by improving ways of working, challenging the current and committed to create the best workplace experience for us at Verisure Malmö.
You will be working close to the local management team, and report to our HR Manager in Malmö.
