DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer Manager Installation System (Sweden/Finland)
As the Offer Manager Installation System (Sweden/Finland), you will be responsible of generating profitable growth and increase Schneider Electric Installation System market shares in his area of responsibility by using all marketing levers.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the GM% of the Installation System LoB activity in Sweden and Finland, in line with targets set by Country Organization.
• Managing the Installation System offer roadmap and launches and campaigns. Promotion of activities of offer, solutions and services to direct Contractors, Specifiers/Consultants, Distributors/Wholesaler and e-tailers.
• Supporting sales actions managed by Electrician/installer and/or Distribution team, within his area, contributing to their target's achievement.
Some of your most important tasks and goals are among:
• OFFER GROWTH STRATEGIC & TACTICAL (4P) PLANNING:
+ Develop and manage the strategic offer portfolio throughout the offer life cycle
+ Build and execute the plan to launch new offers
+ Adapt and execute the pricing strategy from the LoB
+ Contribute to country long and short-term planning
+ Provide text and input for the prescription strategy and action plan
+ Accountable for the products being covered by local standards and regulations and SE represented in the committees.
+ Be the voice of the country in offer related issues towards the LoB
• SALES DRIVER
+ Contribute to the definition of the offer sales strategy and how to leverage partners to saturate end-customers
+ Enable Sales with offer promotional & technical assets and information, with the help of Marcom
+ Ensure internal training to enhance offer knowledge and guarantee a high-quality support from internal support teams (CCC, L1 technical, PAE/SAE etc...) to customers
+ Support sales for some direct strategic customer key contacts
+ Contribute to sales forecast process
+ Contribute to the planning and execution of Campaigns, Fairs and Demos on offer scope with Marcom
• DIGITAL INITIATIVES & PROMOTION
+ Support eKAM on the offer part to build strong digital marketing strategy
+ Support eKAM to leverage existing and future digital business models
+ Manage product data quality of all relevant offer content for all digital platforms & campaigns
+ Track digital KPIs relevant to the offer (SEO/key words for instance) translated by eKAM
+ Co-build digital marketing campaigns with eKAM
• MARKET & PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS
+ Monitor market trends and customer needs and assess the market potential
+ Use data analytics to identify business opportunities and drive tangible actions
+ Support Channels & Sales on specific Customers platforming exercise
+ Monitor sales, CCO and gross margin evolution and align with Finance and Sales on corrective actions
+ Share knowledge and best practices with Offer and Channel marketing teams across the zone
You will be part of the Nordic Offer Management team for H&D Commercial, and report directly to his leader.
The ideal candidate holds:
• Master's degree in Marketing, or/and Engineering, or/and Science in relevant technical area
• Minimum 3 years proven successful experience of professional marketing of technical offers
• Driving license B
• Native Swedish and fluent in English (oral and written)
