Peace of Mind (or post-purchase) Branded Services are very profitable business segments and Electrolux sees substantial sales growth potential in this area. Nexure provides the technological solutions to enable the engagement with the consumer.
Nexure is a digital startup, fully owned by Electrolux, that builds state of the art B2C platforms to sell branded post-purchase 'peace of mind' subscription services, as well extended warranties, that enable Electrolux to realize this huge profit potential. Initially, the platform will serve
Electrolux's core business of BA Europe, then other BA's within the Electrolux Group, but then has been designed so as to offer a white-label solution that can be sold to other B2B businesses in the long term. Due to Electrolux strong strategic and financial assets, the company has a significant launch pad, as well as a lasting advantage, to be successful with this business segment.
Key for success is to create a fast growing, innovative and entrepreneurial driven company, culture free from overburdening corporate processes and with an office of its own in Stockholm, outside Electrolux HQ.
For this exciting challenge, Electrolux seeks for a real Business-Driven contributor to join an agile team.
As the Offer Lead, YOU will report to the General Manager of NEXURE and will have to interact with Sales Clusters and also with the supporting Group functions.

Who You are

Qualifications & Experience
Education: University degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar
Solid experience in Project Management, ideally from a financial/IT service industry
Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP & Excel) and applications
Minimum 10 years' experience
Leadership & proven experience of managing a team
Fluency in English
