hela Sverige Management, coordination and support of all R&D activities in the sites under his/her responsibility, in order to develop new products, ranges of products -or modifications of the existing ones- within the scope of Cable Support product department.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support and ensure the fulfillment of the main responsibilities and targets of the R&D members of each site, in a coordinated work (Bangalore & Mora)
• Coordination of all activities deployed in the 2 different sites under his/her Deploy and alignment in all sites, OCP methods and procedures, tools and methodologies in the product development processes to ensure the following of the rules and best practices of the company.
• Rationalize the offer development, in order to avoid inconsistencies or redundant works in different sites.
• Ensure the use in 2 sites of the same Schneider Electric OCP procedures, tools and methodologies in the product development processes to ensure the following of the rules and best practices of the company.
• Arrange empowerment training actions to let the whole R&D teams, about the spirit of ONE team, giving R&D service for covering Cable Support needs.
• Report monthly to the CS management team about the main remarks of the R&D activities, as well as, problems, road-blocks, etc.
• Integrate and controlling in the same way of the budgets assigned to the sites of the scope.
• Functional management of the BOC Admin of the Cable Support BOC, integrating all sites (GSC) in CS manufacturing Cable support systems.
• Fix together with Offer Management, the strategy of Product Development, and establish a roadmap for 3 years, integrating and combining the resources of the sites and GTC.
• Fix together with CS Leader, the general targets of the R&D area.
• Fix the yearly budget, together with the R&D Managers of each site (Bangalore & Mora)
• , including OPEX/CAPEX.
• Coordinate the use of GTC resources, balancing with the internal ones.
• Align innovation activities within the sites under the scope.

Required educational background & professional experience:
Education
• Electromechanical Engineer
• Project Management
• Teams management
• Industrial processes
Experience
• Experience in industrial field of at least 5 years
• R&D experience of at least 5 years as Project Manager, managing teams
• Related manufacturing technologies
• Industrial and Supply chain flow, know-how
IT skills:
• User of common tools, such MS-Office
• 3D + 2D design technologies
