Aftertreatment systems plays an important role to be able to lower the emissions and to comply with the climate agreements. Do you want to lead the team that will make this happened, if so you might be the person that we are looking for.
The group "Distributed aftertreatment systems" are responsible for distributed systems at Scania and Traton. The need for distributed aftertreatment systems are growing due to need of flexible installation demands. As an object manager on the group you get to work with a very competent team and with a highly advanced product. You and the team will be challenged in the areas of acoustics, strengths, fluid dynamics, backpressure, emission performance, on a daily basis and need to balance the properties right.
Work assignments
As an object leader you will be the link between the line organization and its cross functions in the development process. Your main tasks are:
• Lead the object team
• Act for a good cooperation with our internal and external customers.
• Create and secure time plans
• Communicate and follow up the team's commitments
The group belongs to the department Emission solution development where you will have the opportunity to influence methods and processes to ensure that we continue to deliver world-leading aftertreatment systems. You will actively take a part in the agile method TSU "Taktad simuleringsdriven utveckling" that runs most of the product development at the department. In your role you will be acting both within the team but also have a key role in the development of group-wide (Traton) exhaust after treatment system, therefore you are expected to represent the object and its interests in a professional and trustworthy manner.
Your profile
We are looking for you who has a Bachelor or Master in Science and who want to lead cross-functional projects. You are experienced in product development and is skillful at networking, creating relationships and enhancing team spirit and collaboration with cross functions. You have a can do attitude and are solution oriented. You are a structured person that are good at communicating information, inspire employees and you enjoy leading others. Experience in object management is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have an interest in and a talent for leadership. The group consists of a number of English-speaking people so fluent in English in both speech and writing is required.
