Vattenfall is Europe's fifth largest electricity generator and the largest producer of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Benelux and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and operate wind farms in five countries, onshore and offshore. Investment in biomass fuel is key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 330 employees.
Within BD Renewables the department Generation Development has a mission to drive and support development of best practice O&M within Vattenfall's existing and future portfolio of wind turbines.
We are now recruiting an O&M development manager.
Job description
In the role as O& M development manager you will be part of a highly skilled team and work at the leading edge of our development of methods and processes and ensure that our best practices are described, developed and used in new development projects.
The role's responsibilities include - but are not limited to:
• Process Owner for Generations participation in Development projects
• Analysis of on- and offshore operations as a base for strategic decisions by the management group of Generation Wind.
• Project management/sponsorship of O&M development projects
• Participate in development projects as O&M Manager according to the guidelines in the Generation Specialist handbook.
• Supporting Generation specialists in the operational units.
Qualifications
The successful candidate holds a post-graduate degree, with a minimum of 5 years work experience including Project management and O&M knowledge from a related field, not necessarily from Wind. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

This position is located at one of our offices in Sweden (Stockholm),Denmark, Netherlands or UK. The position requires some travelling.
