Vattenfall is one of Europe's largest electricity generators and producer of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieving climate neutrality by 2050.

We are now looking for a O&M Analyst who will focus on OPEX and Logistics within Operational Readiness in BU Wind Generation.

Operational Readiness has the main task to promote the interests of Wind Generation within new wind projects and to facilitate the transition of wind farms from construction to operations. This is achieved by early engagement and by giving clear input in the development and construction phases of projects as well as forming an integral part of the project teams, both as a team member responsible for parts of the project delivery but also as the contact point between projects and Generation. Next to that Operational Readiness supports the operations units on document management and commercial management.

The Development & Tendering unit focuses on projects before Final Investment Decision (FID) and are under development. The team has a frontline role, paving the way for Operations by getting involved in an early stage, making sure all relevant O&M strategies and requirements, cost/availability assumptions and O&M contracts are available and become part of the business cases, investment decisions and bid packages for tenders. The team is an international team working directly in all development projects (pre-FID) and at the same time are delivering on the Levelized Energy Cost (LEC) reduction targets for the new projects.

Responsibilities
The O&M logistic and cost analyst will support O&M package managers within the Development and Tendering team by providing analytical support and managing reliability, performance and cost databases to harmonize assumptions in new projects:
• Support new projects in analysis for logistical, manning plan and other maintenance resources
• Key user for O&M logistic simulation models (especially related to offshore wind farms)
• Further develop and own the O&M cost model used within the Development and Tendering team
• Support the Development and Tendering team with O&M cost modelling
• Ensure alignment in O&M cost assumptions cross projects
• Further develop and own databases for reliability, logistic and O&M costs by working closely with other internal units (front end engineering, maritime, operational units)
• Support negotiation for new projects by providing strategic analysis

The team members and engineering units are located in Wind offices (Stockholm, London, Amsterdam, Hamburg or Esbjerg). The O&M modeler will therefore be needed to travel regularly.
Our Offer
A challenging, international work environment and interesting opportunity to work in one of Vattenfalls most expansive business area. You will be working in an interdisciplinary team and you can always count on support from committed colleagues. We offer attractive employment conditions and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Location: Stockholm (Solna), Amsterdam, Esbjerg
