Nyutexaminerad utvecklare till utmanande supporttjänst hos kund inom telekom.
Our client is the leading provider of XML-based software and tools to enable networking equipment providers to build carrier-grade network management systems. Developers of networking products use our client’s solutions to build their network management systems to meet the requirements of large network operators both in carrier deployments and enterprise IT environments. The software is designed to be scalable, secure, continuously available, and generally meet the needs demanding environments.
The Customer Support Engineer is a deeply technical role working closely with customers with both technical problem analysis and design consultation. The role will also work closely with our senior product development team. As Customer Support Engineer you will:
• Provide in depth consultative technical
support to customer engineering teams.
• Reproduce and document technical problems.
• Conduct operational review meetings with
customers.
Prerequisites
MUST HAVE
• Engineering degree
• Experience from software development in C in
a Linux Environment
• Fluency in English and Swedish
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience from development in a network/IP domain is
an advantage.
• Unix or Linux system administration experience including
compiling kernel and customizing the installation.
• Understanding of XML and the concepts of data
modeling.
• Basic IP networking and SNMP knowledge.
• Interest in learning about new technologies and an analytic mindset.
