hela Sverige To join our team of consultants in Sweden, we are looking for motivated and dynamic consultants with expertise in NVH engineering for the automotive industry. You will play a challenging role within a powertrain department for production projects and you will be a key player in the success of our client's projects.
As a NVH Lead Engineer you will support our clients by:
Lead technical assessments of NVH issues ;
Coordinate cooperation with NVH vehicle team;
Advice/contribute on establishing root cause analysis for NVH issues;
Create activity & time plans for NVH activities both during investigation and validation phases;
Report in a concise & structured way time plans, progress and results from NVH studies;
Develop a strategy to establish NVH requirements on complete transmission level for today and for the future;
Define the strategies to test potential solutions to avoid/reduce NVH issues like gear whine, clonk, rattling, shifting noise, etc.;
Drive forward the creation of methodologies for NVH measurement and analysis;
Establish NVH measuring strategies & carry out NVH measurements;
Advice on the performance of NVH measurements both in test bench and in vehicle;
Perform analysis of data collected & create conclusions from NVH measurements;
Review and advice on technical content/strategies/deliverables from suppliers with respect to NVH studies;
Contribute to DVP plan for NVH for complete transmission;
Contribute in correlation activities between measurements and simulation for NVH;
Share and present technical knowledge about NVH for management, project leaders, design, simulation and testing teams.
Ideal candidate
Engineering degree;
Very good experience in NVH engineering - at least 7 years;
Fluent in English (orally and writing);
Good communication skills.
