We are looking for a Project Leader in our New Product Industrialisation department reporting to NPI Manager. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by leading and managing new product industrialisation project related activities and supply chain improvement activities within Manufacturing & Logistics. You will work closely with the Sourcing and Supply team as well as Project Managers from Product Development, Marketing and Quality to take a product from design concept through production ramp up, governed by the principle of "Quality, Cost and Speed to Market".
This role gives you an opportunity to work closely with highly motivated and engaged team of professionals. Importantly, you will help more people around the word to hear again and live full lives.
You Bring Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience leading projects within new product industrialisation or global supply and manufacturing operations preferably in med tech/health care related industries.
Demonstrated experience leading projects demanding cross functional cooperation and successful stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines with demonstrated organizational skills, multi-tasking and creative problem solving.
Experience in process improvement and preferably with experience in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
