hela Sverige With new brands/products entering the BAT portfolio and new markets emerging, there are new opportunities to expand the BAT snus foot print both within the region and outside. The New Product Introduction Executive will be responsible to manage all projects related to the brands as well as all new export markets. The Snus NPI Executive is primarily responsible for the delivery of projects to new markets/export markets and secondary for the delivery of projects that form the Cycle Plan portfolio. This role is the single point of contact for the entire project scope, and accountable to ensure that all aspects of the Project are co-ordinated and managed on behalf of the commercial owner.
Job purpose and deliverables:
• Plan the project and monitor its overall progress, resolving issues, highlight risks, and initiating corrective action and/or contingencies as appropriate.
• Be responsible for the Quality Assurance and overall integrity of the project; focusing inwardly on the internal delivery and management of the project; and outwardly on its adherence to agreed process.
• Ensure robust project management discipline is maintained across all elements of the project.
• Report the status of all NPI projects through agreed meeting structure.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between Operations, Marketing, End market/s and the Commercial Owner.
• Ensure effective resource management is in place to manage and deliver the project.
Essential requirements:
• Solid business knowledge of the FMCG category on an international arena.
• Excellent project and programme management skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross functional teams comprising of varying levels of seniority outside of direct line organisational structures.
• Good understanding of Product and Pack development.
• Understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Understanding of field operations.
• Understanding of export business
• Successful delivery of all mandated projects.
• Strong working relationship with all stakeholders.
