Oriflame is now looking for a Norweigan speaking Customer Service Representative to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
Currently the customer service team consists of five co-workers with the assignment to give support to clients through e-mail and telephone. The team is now looking for reinforcement of one full time co-workers. The work load is depending on marketing activities and can vary from one week to another.
As a customer service representative you will focus on service, taking phone calls from resellers and clients. Placing orders, handling claims and common office duties are also part of your tasks. You will also be involved in projects, e.g. development of business systems and financially related matters.
To succeed in this position you strive to give great service. We put focus on the ability to communicate and build relationships, which is important as the company has many long term clients.
What we are looking for
• Experience from customer support and /or sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and Norwegian
• Excellent knowledge in English
• Enjoys working in an fast paced environment
As a person you enjoy team work and have the ability to contribute to a good atmosphere at work and share energy with your co-workers. You also have integrity and the ability to differentiate between personal and professional aspects. As you will work with service we would like it if you are performance oriented and take initiative.
