On behalf of our client, an international IT company, MultiMind is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Junior Project Manager - a challenging CSR role, where no days are alike.
About the company Our client is the provider of the world's largest business commerce platform, enabling companies to exchange information with the entire supply chain. Founded in 2005 in Denmark, and now a global actor with operations all over the world. Ever since the beginning the company has been growing rapidly, and there are no signs that is going to change anytime soon; in fact, now they are looking for a new member for the Nordic team in Stockholm. About the role As a Norwegian-speaking Junior Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to onboard suppliers to our client's platform, focusing specifically on the Norwegian market. You will be assigned a portfolio of clients, and will be their go-to person for assistance in relation to their solution. You will take full ownership for the process of bringing suppliers onto the platform, from the initial brief to the actual implementation.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Integrating suppliers to the platform, including content onboarding and invoice integration
Presenting solutions and getting buy-in from suppliers
Collaborating with Technical Engineers and Customer Success Managers, ensuring that suppliers' issues are processed in a timely manner
Building and maintaining supplier relationships
The profile Being driven and proactive is key for this role. In this role no days are alike, and you are guarenteed to be occupied most of the time. Consequently, our client is looking for someone, who is stress-resistant, flexible, and motivated by working in a fast-paced and everchanging environment. This role further requires a multi-tasker, as you will be managing several projects simultaneously and be accountable to multiple stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with:
Fluency in Norwegian and English, Swedish is a merit.
1-3 years of experience working with CSR.
Strong IT-skills, and a keen interest in the tech industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor in Business, Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is a plus, but not a requirement.
