Then you might be just what we are looking for! Currently, LensWay Group is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their Nordic team in Kista for a fulltime permanent employment.



LensWay Group LensWay (now LensWay Group) was founded in the year 2000 and ever since it has grown to become one of the largest optical e-retailers in Europe. The organisation is renowned for providing excellent customer service and providing its employees opportunities for personal development.



The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining the well-established image of LensWay Group towards the customers. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Have a daily dialogue with customers, who contact Lensway Group by phone, e-mail, chat and social media

Guide customers in cases involving lenses, glasses, sunglasses and accessories

Manage complaints

Additional sales and information about updates on products

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, there are development opportunities for translation work, social media and project work.

The work time is office hours, Monday to Friday.



The Profile In this role your personality and drive are most important, but it is essential that you possess these requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent

Previous experience from service professions

Good IT-skills (MS-Office package)

Fluent in Norwegian, good level of Swedish and English

Positive and service-oriented

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and independent

Can-do attitude



Merits:

Previous sales experience

Experience from optical industry
