Oriflame is looking for a Norwegian speaking Webmaster with the assignment to ensure world class online shopping experience.
As a Webmaster you will have the overall communication responsibility for online media such as website for company's Norwegian operations. You will be responsible for site content, marketing campaigns and social media. You will be handling daily duties including monitoring of the Norwegian webpage, planning and implementing global and regional campaigns. You will be involved in different projects, such as translation of online communication material, as well as development and execution of social media activities.
What we are looking for:
• Experience of working with web content management tools and web administration
• Online copywriting skills
• Great knowledge of and experience from working with activating brand followers in Social Media, e.g. Twitter and Facebook
• Ability to create engaging content that make site visitors and customers want to come back
• Knowledge and understanding of how SEO works, as well as knowledge of keyword production
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is a prerequisite, Swedish is an advantage
• Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Flash is an advantage
• Planning, coordination and execution skills
• Ability to establish and follow a communications plan
• Preferably experience from an Internet sales or marketing environment
You are also organized, pro-active and have an interest in social media and marketing. You can work under pressure and with short deadlines. You are positive, enthusiastic and can work both independent and in several projects at the same time.
