This is a great opportunity to gain working experience from the finance and banking industry. You will start with a couple of days training and the training will be during daytime Monday - Friday 8-16.

Your primary responsibility is to communicate with customers via phone, both inbound and outbound calls and e-mail. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You contribute actively to drive the business forward from the experience the customer interface gives you. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms.
When our customers need to make use of our services you:
• Make initial credit recommendations and credit assessments based on the credit scoring made by our credit system.
• Conduct initial investigation to "Know Your Customer" to avoid fraud and anti-money laundering.
• Inform the customer about the pre-approval of their application and which documentation is needed, before a final evaluation of the application can be made.
• Contact customers with payment issues and make arrangements regarding future payments.
Are you the one for Ikano?
We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances.
• You are preferably studying finance and have at least 1 year of studies left before you graduate.
• You are available to work fulltime during some school holidays.
• You are available to work about 10-15 hours/week scheduled time including weekends and evenings.
• As a person you are passionate about service and you are driven by sales.
• Fluent in either the Swedish or Danish or Norwegian language, both written and spoken is required.
We offer an introduction course in the Norwegian language for Swedish and Danish applicants.
