Capgemini Procurement Services leverages deep competence in Non-Production (NPI) procurement categories, technology and processes. Through active and comprehensive management of categories; the Procurement as a Service concept drives year over year savings directly to the bottom line for NPI categories The IBX On-demand Platform represents a complete set of software tools for the procurement organization, like IBX eProcurement and IBX eSourcing, all delivered on-demand. Present in more than 30 nations, Capgemini reported in 2009 global revenues of EUR 8.4 billion and employs 90,000 people worldwide.
The Service Desk is a key component and the single point of contact between Capgemini Procurement Services and the customers for our On-demand Platforms. We are now looking to recruit additional Norwegian speaking service specialists to our Stockholm office.
About the position:

As a service specialist you act as the face and the voice towards our customers, receiving and managing all forms of customer communication and participating in the monitoring of various systems and processes.
The main areas of responsibility are:
• Receive and handle incoming emails and telephone calls.
• Create and manage reported issues, actively taking part in getting the requests completed.
• Manage contacts required to get requests solved, with other departments and our customers.
• Gather all information necessary for requests and create and maintain manuals for internal use.
Skills and experience:
• A positive mind-set with a can-do attitude, a willingness to always learn more and look for solutions.
• A high level of communication skills is required, as you will interact with people from all walks of life and nationalities both internally and externally.
• You have a high interest in both Customer Services and IT. Issues can range from very simple to quite complex, and this calls for a dedication for helping the customer and a broad interest in technology.
• It is essential that you can take own initiative and be the driving part in issues, follow up on cold cases and see issues through to the end.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English both in writing and speech is required. Any other language skills are meriting.
• Experience within a modern Service Desk would be an advantage but not required.
