Our truly multi-cultural global village
Regardless of geographical scope of the project, we operate with our own organization of multi-cultural co-workers. One competitive edge lies in conducting all fieldwork with our in-house native speaking work force. Annually we have over 60 researchers working onsite covering 30+ different nationalities actively engaged ongoing projects. All researchers are recruited in Sweden and are stationed at our company headquarters in central Stockholm.
As a matter of fact, with such an international workforce, operating from one location, Opticom is one of the most international companies in Sweden. Around 75% of salaries paid by Opticom are to employees who are a foreign national - a truly multi-cultural global village.
Recruitment need:
We are growing and have lots of exciting research projects starting in August and September. Therefore, we are looking for a diverse set of talented researchers to join us this fall. The work consists of different types of research tasks such as conducting telephone interviews and desk top research. We work generally on project basis (10-25 hours per week); which offers our interviewers the possibility to combine their work with other activities; such as studies.
Professional Experience:
Previous experience in project management is meritorious
Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills and accuracy
Work implies communicative and receptive skills.
Academic background:
All applicants should have at least initiated academic studies
Language skills:
Excellent working knowledge in English combined with a native level of Norweigan
