Our client is currently recruiting Norwegian speaking customer service reps to a company that works with children toys. We are looking for candidates with the following skills;
• Previous experience in a service related role
• Native language skills in Norwegian
Besides your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, you have an ambition to develop your skills further in a highly international and modern organization.
This is an initial consultant assignment for a period of 5.5 months with a view for permanent employment afterwards. After a short training program, your enthusiasm and knowledge for the product will ensure exceptional customer experience is delivered in each and every contact.
• Receiving & responding to incoming telephone enquiries
• Receiving and responding to e-mail customer enquiries
This is an exceptional opportunity to secure a role where the expectations are clear and the pace is fast. Your initial training will cover areas such as, product knowledge, customer care, communication technique and IT system training.
