Your primary responsibility is to communicate with our Norwegian customers via phone and e-mail. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You contribute actively to drive the business forward from the experience the customer interface gives you. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms. When our customers need to make use of our services you:
• Make initial credit recommendations and credit assessments based on the credit scoring made by our credit system.
• Conduct initial investigation to "Know Your Customer" to avoid fraud and anti-money laundering.
• You provide superior service to private and business customers through incoming or outgoing calls and email.
• You manage and take responsibility of other issues that need to be solved, and additional sales is also part of your work tasks.
• You work under your own responsibility while working closely with colleagues in other departments.
Are you the one for Ikano?
You are fluent in Norwegian. You have expertise in evaluating creditworthiness of individuals and businesses. Determine the likelihood that our customers are able to meet their financial obligations, often by reviewing financial history and determining whether market conditions will be conducive to repayment. We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances. It is an advantage if you have a university degree or equivalent qualification. Knowledge in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken will be preferred, and the ability to work within Ikano's values of sense and simplicity.
