Are you a service minded and efficient problem solver? Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy investigating tricky customer cases? Do you have excellent Norwegian spoken and written skills, as well as English fluency and want an outlet for your analytical side? Great, then you are the one we are looking for!

Dispute Resolutions is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. As an advisor you will give our customers excellent service by providing solutions over e-mail. Acting as the second line of response to our Norwegian customers, you will be responsible for solving tricky customer and partner cases and delivering service with high efficiency. The current challenges are to continue to build up a world class disputes function as well as to bring new ideas and thoughts into the current set up - thereby helping us to continue to deliver a good result and a great service to our customers.

To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person, with a strong interest in communication. Critical thinking comes naturally to you, and you are secure in making the right decisions, while being unafraid to use your own initiative. Ideally you have experience in customer support, and you are required to have excellent Norwegian spoken and written skills, as well as English fluency. We see additional language skills as a bonus, and market knowledge of Norway is a merit.
