We are now looking for Norwegian Speaking Advisors to be a part of Klarna's future success.
Customer Service Support is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer's satisfaction. Our mission is to give our customers excellent service by answering their questions and providing solutions over e-mail. You will also oversee our presence in social media and be involved in different projects regarding our routines and processes.
You are driven, independent person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, sociable team members makes you tick and you thrive in getting a great deal of responsibility and providing excellent service. You enjoy investigating and solving tricky customer requests and you always "walk the extra mile" to do so. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. We expect you to be fluent in Norwegian and English, extra language skills are a plus.
